Bespoke & Bridal Orders
All bespoke and bridal pieces are custom-made to the client’s specifications and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.
Ready-to-Wear Collections
Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for store credit or exchange only, provided they are returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
• Items purchased within Accra must be returned within 24 hours of delivery.
• Items purchased outside Accra must be returned within 72 hours of delivery.
All return logistics and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Refunds are only issued if an item is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item, accompanied by clear video evidence.
No returns will be accepted after:
• 48 hours for deliveries within Accra
• 72 hours for deliveries outside Accra
Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed for approved damaged or faulty items.
Sale Items
All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item received is faulty or damaged.
Uncollected Orders
Items left uncollected for more than 3 months will be donated to charity.
International Orders
For international deliveries, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.
